Father,
thank you for the work you are doing in Miami. We give you the praise and glory as you pour yourself out across this city. Last month was the first month since 1966 without a reported homicide in Miami. Thank you for that tiny glimpse of how Miami can begin to change and reflect Your Glory. Hallelujah! Solidify and unify Your Church in this city as we learn to pray together and for each other in these days. Continue to cover this city with your protection both physically and spiritually. We beg you, Father, to institute leaders in government here in Miami and in Florida and in this country who will seek first your will. We ask for your Spirit to be present in the polling places around this city, state, and country. Give wisdom to the citizens who will be voting. We pray that the elected offices across this country will be filled by men and women who are ethical, honest, wise, and humble. Continue to bless and prosper this city and country and raise up your Church within this city and country to be a blessing throughout the world.
