Father,

Raise up leadership within your Miami Church. Bring forth men and women who are willing to submit to your Spirit and respond in obedience. Bless and guide those who are willing to stand up among their peers and live with the authority and power of Christ flowing through them. Give them wisdom and strength. Place them in positions of influence so that Miami-Dade would begin to look less like us and more like you, God.
