Father God,

What a beautiful creation You have made in this world and in us! Then You saw fit to make it unique by filing it with vibrancy and community when you breathed into it Life - the amazing, mysterious, and fragile mist that connects us to You and the rest of Your creation. Remind us of how fleeting and fading it is apart from You. Thank you that Jesus came so that we might have more than just a dim flickering existence but rather the abundant Life which You intended - ignited with Your Spirit and lighting our whole world. So light us with Your Love which you so eloquently displayed in Jesus - a love that reaches beyond ourselves and into the lives around us in Miami. Let us see life beyond ourselves; let us love life beyond ourselves; and let us experience through Your Grace a full Life that extends beyond ourselves. Together let our lives shine in the darkness and ignite Love throughout the city. Amen and Amen
