Prayer for Chile

Father,Again we are reminded how fragile our lives are.  We, your Church in Miami, humble ourselves before you and lift up our neighbors in Chile.  It is stunning for us to witness the frailty of those things we consider so secure and lasting.  So, Father, as we petition for the families in Chile and in Miami who are suffering in the wake of this tragedy, let us also be shaken.  May we be ever aware that you alone are the solid rock.  Let us draw near to one another and draw near to you as we seek dependance in you only.  Pour out your peace on those who are suffering, strengthen those who are weak, provide for those who are lacking, bring renewal to Chile and bring revival to Miami.  May your will be done and your Kingdom come.Amen and Amen
