Your Pleasure

Father God,You have brought together people from all nations and melted all their cultures together here in this place. It creates strife but it creates wonder as well.  What a special plan you must have for this city.  Give us a sense of your pleasure with this place.  We don't need to be reminded of the dark and distressful aspects of Miami, but Father, we do need to be reminded that you, even more than the tourists, look on this city with great expectations of pleasure.  So we ask, Father, that you would make your Church in Miami feel those expectations as we venture in Miami this week.  Open our eyes the pleasure you want us to experience here:  the pleasure that comes from seeing Your Kingdom at work; the pleasure that comes from enjoying Your Creation; and the pleasure that comes from Loving the People you have placed in Miami.  Let us rejoice with you this week in the expectation of your Pleasure with Miami.Amen and Amen
