Prayer for the Elderly

Jesus,We ask for the older generations in Miami to be cared for, to be loved well, to be honored in their latter years.Pour out Your Spirit upon Your children so that old men will dream dreams again.  That they may bear much fruit in their old age.For those in your Church of Miami who are younger, Lord, please send us dozens and dozens of older godly men and women - send them to be part of our lives.  We need their wisdom, their experience, their patience.  Provide wise, godly mothers and fathers for Your Church.Thank You for being faithful to speak, encourage, and challenge us in every season of life.  Give us a new sense of vision and heart for the latter years of our lives.Amen.Psalm 92:14-15 14 They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, 15 proclaiming, “The LORD is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”
